  8.    To provide a quality information network for people of diverse 
  9. disabilities, their care-providers and support professionals, promoting 
  10. worldwide disability culture and providing forums for creating and 
  11. refining social policy enhancing the quality of life for all people with 
  12. disabilities.

  14.                            STRATEGY AND GOALS

  16.    Providing a computer network linking people with disabilities.

  18.    Encourage participation in discussions across disability groups, 
  19. leading to greater disability cultural awareness.

  21.    Expand the use and support of "electronic support groups", where 
  22. people with disabilities collectively address issues of importance to 
  23. them. Encourage greater discussion of difficult disability issues.

  25.    Encouragement of positive and supportive economic, social and 
  26. political role models of, by and for people with disabilities which 
  27. benefit individual disability cultures within the broader disability 
  28. community and as productive members of society at large.
